The Haunting of Hill House
I didn't like The Haunting of Hill House in the beginning of the book because Eleanor was being really annoying and immature. I don't understand why she acts so immature because I think that once you are responsible for taking care of someone else, like her mom, you would be forced to grow up. The story started to get more interesting as it progressed even though Eleanor's character didn't really change. I liked it when actual events started happening because it began to become more like episodes of Supernatural. I was really confused about the part where Theodora's clothes weren't all ruined anymore. They were clearly ruined before because Dr. Montague, Eleanor, and Theodora all saw the bloody clothes. She even had to wear Eleanor's clothes because they were beyond saving. The discussion in lecture didn't really clear up any of my confusion.
